Students in this two-year program, offered at SIU's
Florida and
Engelberg
(Switzerland) campuses, take a selection of both
required and elective courses and participate in SIU's
internship program which gives them valuable practical
training. Courses include language instruction and
practical experience in food service, kitchen
operations and computerized front desk service. The
first year of the program is offered at the
Madrid campus as
well.
Admission
Requirements:
12th class / grade
Students take the following hotel/restaurant
management, tourism, basic business, language and
general education courses during the two-year program
(total of 62 credits):
