Cardiff (UWIC) ‘The best new university in the
UK’. In 2003, The Sunday Times ranked University
of Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC) as the leading
new university in Wales for the fourth year
running, they wrote: "UWIC has consistently been
among the best-performing modern universities in
the UK where students acquire skills that make
them consistently among the most employable
graduates".
In the most recent assessment, the results of the
UK Research Assessment Exercise saw UWIC rank
seventh of all new universities across the UK.
UWIC achieved the second highest increase in
ranking of all UK universities.

which offers students from all around the world
the opportunity to come to London to study
programmes of this internationally renowned
university
MBA is an
internationally recognised qualification. This
programme combines rigorous academic disciplines
with management skills to give participants the
confidence to thrive in their careers long into
the future. It gives you an understanding of all
aspects of business. Students gain two
qualifications at the end of this programme, a
Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration
from LSC and an MBA degree from University of
Wales Institute, Cardiff .
On successful completion of the first 2
semesters, students will be awarded a
postgraduate diploma from LSC. Students will then
obtain credits to proceed to the final phase of
the MBA programme which will be conducted at the
UWIC campus in Cardiff . In the future, students
may have the additional option of completing the
final phase at the LSC Campus in London
(currently being validated).
Students who do not satisfy the eligibility
criteria for direct MBA entry will be required to
successfully complete a MBA Foundation Progamme (MFP)
for one semester ( four months ), before
commencing the MBA programme.
