The aim of the
course is to provide suitably
qualified staff in the area of supervision.
The emphasis is therefore placed on the appreciation and evaluation of the work of skilled staff
and their control and not on the learning of basic skills.

- 5 GCSEs/GCE 'O' levels for students 17 to 20 years of age or

The purpose of LCC's full time Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management
is to provide students with the knowledge and skills
necessary for senior management in the hospitality service
whilst also preparing them for higher Post Graduate Hospitality studies.
This makes the course particularly appealing to students who may nave already specialised

INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY
This one year programme of study has
been developed by London City College, designed to address the Information Technology
needs of students, practitioners and companies, in the new Millennium.
The course has been validated by the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM). Practicing
professionals in the computer and technology industry will be used as the courses
instructors and all sessions will be held in our modern computer suite at Royal Waterloo
House.
The
courses were designed in such a way so they could complement each
other and provide students with a wide appreciation of technologies
involved.
1. DIPLOMA IN
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR BUSINESS APPLICATIONS

guided from understanding of important hardware and software
trends to practical management of modern operational system;
from appreciation of Internet and WWW to practical e-commerce
and e-business sessions; from explanation of basics of data
