PARIS CAMPUS

The City

Paris needs no introduction. The capital of one of the great European and world powers, it remains a diplomatic and cultural center second to none. Its museums house some of the most extensive art collections in the world, and its distinguished architecture and wide tree-lined avenues make it a city of unsurpassed elegance and charm. The seat of the highly centralized French government, international business and banking, Paris is the center of France and attracts students in every field of study.

The Study Center

Schiller's Paris campus is located in one of the most lively areas of Paris, close to the Montparnasse Tower and the Montparnasse train station. Restaurants, cafes, and film theaters abound; and the center is not far from the famous and historic Latin Quarter. Students may have access to the large group of scholars residing in Paris, including professionals from industry, from UNESCO, OECD and other major international organizations. With the assistance of experienced staff, students find their own housing accommodations. Housing is available in apartments and private rooms.

Programs of Study

The Paris campus offers the following courses:

The MBA degree can be earned in Paris on either a full-time or a part-time (evening and weekend) basis. The language of instruction is English. Business courses taught in French ease the transition to English.  Students with an adequate command of French may, at their own expense, take courses at the Sorbonne, the arts facility of the University of Paris, for which they may receive up to six credits from Schiller.

STRASBOURG CAMPUS

The Chateau de Pourtales, a romantic turn of the century neoclassic mansion with extensive grounds, is located at the northern end of the city, close to the Rhine river. It is within easy reach of the city center, the European Council (Conceille de l'Europe), and the border crossing to Kehl, Germany.

Strasbourg, located in the heart of Europe, has for centuries been at the cross roads of international trade, culture and politics. This French city, the capital of the prosperous region of Alsace, borders Germany, and is within a two hours journey by train and car to centers like Rheims, Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Basel and Dijon. Cities such as Kehl, Freiburg, Mulhouse, Karlsruhe, and Heidelberg are less than an hour by car or train.
